Living in Scottsdale, AZ
Life in Scottsdale
Scottsdale combines a lively downtown with some of the Valley's most scenic desert neighborhoods. Homes range from condos near Old Town to golf-course properties and custom homes in the foothills of North Scottsdale.
Neighborhoods and Things to Do
Old Town Scottsdale is known for its galleries, restaurants, and shopping. Scottsdale Stadium is the spring training home of the San Francisco Giants. The McDowell Sonoran Preserve protects tens of thousands of acres of desert with an extensive trail system. TPC Scottsdale hosts the WM Phoenix Open each year. Established communities such as McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch offer lakes, greenbelts, and mature landscaping, while DC Ranch and Grayhawk bring newer homes farther north.
What Buyers Weigh
Scottsdale buyers often weigh lot size, views, HOA amenities, and golf membership options. Scottsdale Unified School District serves much of the city, with other districts serving some areas, so we help buyers confirm the assigned schools for each address.
